Vacation Home Rental Service
Our service includes:
- Advertising and Promotion
- Answering all enquires, via e-mail, telephone, letters, faxes or in person
- Reservation Service
- Arrangement of day trips and special vacation packages
- Confirmations and all other correspondence
- Check-in and Departures
- Preparing invoices and accepting all payments
- Daily Housekeeping service
- Provision of all cleaning and paper products
- Collections of GST and Hotel Tax
- Quarterly Management Report
The management service is provided for a service charge of 40% of all sales.
