We have a variety of services that will help make your life easier whether you live here full time, seasonally or only to visit now and again. If you are a client of ours and we cannot accommodate all of your needs, we will find a business that can.
House Monitoring [ top ]
The house monitoring service can be customized to meet your insurance requirements
- Daily Checks:

- Ensure the heating system is working and set to an appropriate temperature.
- Full Checks:

- A walk through of the property.
- Turn on the water and flush toilets and run taps.
- Check the furnace.
- Start the vehicle (If one has been left at the resort).
- Collect Mail (once a week only upon request).

Alarm First Response Service [ top ]
The alarm monitoring service is provided for owners who are using an alarm company to monitor their home. Home owners are charged a monthly fee to retain Paradise Inn's service as the first response person. Call-out fees are then charged depending on time of day or night that the alarm sounds.
Key Holder [ top ]
Hold the keys to the properties in case of emergency and give them to owner's invited guests upon their arrival to the Okanagan.
Housekeeping [ top ]
- Pre-Arrival Clean
- Light dusting, vacuum and setting the air-conditioning or heating to a comfortable temperature.
- Departure Clean
- A full clean up of the home includes a deep clean of the home, laundry, garbage and recycling removal.
- General Clean
- The housekeepers are available to complete a general clean, for those who require once a week cleaning during a longer stay at the resort.
Snow Removal [ top ]
During the winter months you may require snow removal, either to access your property easily or as a security measure.
Grocery Pick-up [ top ]
Have your groceries ready on arrival in your vacation home. Orders must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Garbage and Recycling [ top ]
Garbage or recycling is placed out for collection; after the collection has been completed the garbage bin is replaced back into the homeowner's garage. (This service is included if the home is serviced by our housekeeping staff.)
Mice Management [ top ]
Our eradication program has proven effective in the past with the usage of high frequency sound beacons that keep the mice out of the living area and force them into the storage area where the traps are set.
Wasp Nest Removal [ top ]
In the middle of the vacation season, wasps can be very annoying. The nests should be removed as soon as they are found to avoid breeding and the creation of more nests.
